In the so-called tripod of sustainability, we are concerned with the whole: management and quality of the environment; economic biases; caring for employees.
Day by day, we do our part with:
Selective waste selection;
Waste management system (storage, segregation and disposal according to environmental legislation);
Tree planting;
Maintenance of sewage treatment station;
Atmospheric and greenhouses monitoring of furnaces;
Maintenance of the green area;
Tree curtain.
Of the more than 150 direct employees, we have an incredible average of 15 years of employment in the company.
Here, we are concerned not only with promoting employment and income, but also with favoring the quality of life to our employees. Occupational safety and work health, is our base to reach this objective.
We make sustainable use of water in our production process;
We reuse 100% of the losses in our operation as raw material in our products;
